Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Application of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of training, audios, seminars, and consultations offered by VIETRIS LLC, Wyoming, USA, represented by Priscilla LOWE (“Provider”). By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms without limitation or reservation.

Article 2: Order Acceptance

Validation of the order by the Client constitutes signature, irrevocable consent, and proof of contract and acknowledgment of prices. The Client will receive a confirmation message validating the transaction. Records kept by VIETRIS LLC may be used as evidence of the obligations contracted.

Article 3: Object of the Contract

The contract covers:

  • Access to ViEtRis® training, live or replay audios, consultations, and seminars.

  • ViEtRis® training is intended for professionals working with the public, including therapists, coaches, educators, and healthcare professionals.

  • Training sessions last 2 days (14 hours) and occur on the dates specified at registration. A minimum of 6 participants is required for the session to take place. If fewer than 6 participants are registered, the training will be rescheduled. No compensation is due.

  • The training does not automatically grant a certificate; issuance of a certificate is at the sole discretion of Priscilla LOWE and is based on her subjective evaluation.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are stated in USD. No sales tax, VAT, or other tax applies under Wyoming law. Prices are for the training, audios, consultations, and seminars. Prices may change, but the Client will be charged the price indicated at the time of order.

Article 5: Payment and Late Fees

Payment is made via credit card on www.priscillalowe.fr (secure payment). Orders are validated upon receipt of at least 50% of the total price. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the training date. Late payment incurs a 10% monthly penalty. Collection costs are the responsibility of the Client.

Article 6: Provider Obligations

The Provider will deliver services with reasonable care and skill (“guarantee of means”) but does not guarantee any specific result. The Provider maintains professional confidentiality. The Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of ViEtRis® technique, audios, or consultations. Technical problems during audio playback or internet interruptions during sessions do not give rise to compensation. Rescheduling due to force majeure will not entitle the Client to compensation; only a new date will be offered.

Article 7: Client Obligations

The Client shall use the services for professional purposes only. The Client shall not record, share, or transmit any ViEtRis® content or technique to third parties. Any unauthorized transmission or training by a Client or a trained individual will result in liability for damages of at least USD 1,000,000 or the proven prejudice suffered, whichever is higher (to the extent permitted by law). Clients must attend sessions punctually and act respectfully toward other participants.

Article 8: Confidentiality

All information, documents, and concepts disclosed during the provision of services are strictly confidential. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited unless previously authorized in writing.

Article 9: Non-Retractation

No withdrawal is allowed for professional training, audios, or consultations, except as applicable under Wyoming law for seminars if required.

Article 10: Termination

Only receipt of payment guarantees a reserved place for training, seminars, or consultations. Subscriptions are cancellable only from the client’s account on www.priscillalowe.fr and cannot be applied retroactively.

Article 11: Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or internet interruptions.

Article 12: Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from interpretation, execution, or termination of this contract will first be subject to amicable resolution. These Terms are governed by Wyoming, USA law, and any unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
